Maeroa Intermediate Sports Class Waikato Regional Rippa Rugby Champions

The wonderful Sports Class Rippa Rugby Team celebrating their win at the Waikato Inter-intermediate Rippa Rugby Tournament.  The team went on to win the Regional Inter-intermediate Rippa Rugby Tournament.  All the students are from Room 21 Sports Class.

Black Sox Coaching

Today we completed our timed 400 mt run.  Westyn ran an incredible 1.19s the fastest by 8 seconds.
Mikeila ran the fastest time for the girls at 1.29.  Great to now set goals to look at how our training methods can help improve our speed.  The question will be, will it be anaerobic or aerobic based training.  Time will tell when we redo our run in 6 weeks time.
